You will be able to take some time and actually think about what you are trying to do and this will not only prevent you from getting too tense, but, also permit you to develop great creative work.

If you consider that you are already nearing your breaking point, don't be a martyr and take time out because this will do you a lot of good as it will assist you reload and de-stress yourself. If you are too busy, don't put it off because doing so will only make the stress build up inside you until you become too stressed out to even do anything. This is the reason why employers give vacation leave so that people can take a while to relax and regain their previous vigor levels, and imaginative selves.
